Q: What is it?
A: Next time you come in to shop with us, we’ll have you fill out a frequent shopper’s card with your name, email address, and phone number. Everytime you buy something (EXCLUDING class fees), we will mark your card off with the appropriate amount. Once you’ve marked off the entire card ($250), we’ll give you a $25 gift certificate to use on merchandise (not valid towards class fees).
Q: Why do you want my email and phone number?
A: We use your email to add you to our email blast list. We don’t sell your info to anyone, and it is strictly for our use to send you news, announcements, info about new products, events coming up, and even the occasional coupon! (We only send 1-2 emails out per month.) Your phone number is used in case you’ve left something behind at the store, or if we need to contact you in regards to a class you scheduled or special order you’ve placed.
Q: What does it cost?
A: It’s free! The best part? We keep your card at the store in our filing system so you won’t lose it. It’s a win-win situation for everyone!
Q: What about the $25 gift certificate?
A: You can use it now or later. Some people stockpile them, or you can use a portion of it and save the rest. It’s your choice!
